I hope they closed this place down the worse sub I ever eaten..smh I pay for a large sub that was 11.89 not even a combo just to have a half meat on my food. I took pictures.smh please don’t waste your time go to miami sub where you pay 8.99 for a full sub with a combo.smh.. they give me a Receipt with no Contact number that I could reach for the company number or speak to someone that is running this place.. the best part is when I ask for a cup of water they told me no we have no water.smh so you mean to tell me I’m spending 11.89 and I cant get a single water…I love Charlie’s when it first came out.. I used to go their a lot even had the card where they punch holes on them when you get 10 you get the next one free, but now I will never ate their ever again.. if your black please avoid this place the energy their is so nasty.. im a nice person…. that I went to DQ smoothies to get me a tropical pin acolada and tip the girl 3 dollars tip because she was so sweet to me.. she greet me with respect and didn’t see colors.. so sad when people think you don’t have money go sit down somewhere….

Horrible attitude of the staff at the Southland Mall. The sub itself is not like others Charley’s, like they use half of the ingredients the others branches use. They have only large cups of lemonade, you have to buy the large, it’s ridiculous service and expensive. Yesterday I went with my boyfriend and we ordered 2 subs + loaded fries + drinks. The fries came together with the sub ( we did not order combos). The appearance of this all together looked horrible, the fries should be apart and that’s what my boyfriend required to this lady, a separate plate for the fries. She started yelling at him, was disrespectful, like watching a horror movie! She denied and treated him as he was asking for something free! We paid and that’s not how you treat customers! This lady has serious attitude issues, a short Hispanic woman. This place is just horrible!

Terrible. Tried using my rewards to get $2 off large sandwich they refused to give me the discount even after scanning the qr code. Sandwich was really bad, tasted like the chicken was pre cooked, dry, and reheated. Large sandwich was not Large size but charged for it, hardly any meat or vegetables mostly bread for $12. Never again I’m ever going to order from them again. I always order their food in person and they always make my sandwich right infront of me but the first time I order their food in doordash. They sent this. This was supppose to be an Chicken California sandwich but it was basically only dry chicken SKIN with dry cheese with lettuce and tomatoes. I paid 12 for this!?!?! You can honestly tell this sandwich was made a while ago and they just give it to the next customer that order it. Tried calling them multiple times to make a complaint but their number doesn’t work. Don’t buy their food in doordash or Uber eats because they might send you the same old order.
