15 minutes for a cheese steak! 4 orders ahead of me. It has been quite some time since I have witnessed this level of lazyness and incompetence. There was a lot of standing around by staff, except cook. This operation could run on 3 efficient employees, they had 6 and it was a disaster. Fries are made and then left on top of a machine, no heat lamp. This technique assures cold fries.

As a work associate in the mall I visit frequently. The person on grill is definitely the key to the operation. Sometimes, he/she gets overwhelmed with orders and could use a second grill helper for sure. Often times the rolls are lined up at the end waiting for the meats and not coordinated with fries and they are not always hot. An average of $15 a visit for a combo meal 2 to 3 x a week is getting a little pricey. The sandwich is awesome. Just wish program for us mall rats was more attractive

Service was slow , i paid they took like 5-6 mins to make my order like I was waiting for a lil min, it was just sloppy. And the bacon cheese fries wasn’t good either , the bacon wasn’t even cooked all the way , it was giving raw bacon on cheese and fries I threw the whole thing away. Definitely don’t recommend that’s the last time they getting money out of me!

Good food stop when shopping in the Edison Mall or anywhere close to the Mall. The Philly cheese steak Sandwich I had was big for a medium size and excellent tasting. I have also tried the Philly cheese chicken and it was just as good. I definitely recommend you try a philly cheese the next you’re in the area.
