The food and service is usually always good, it was especially good this afternoon. HOWEVER, something needs to be done about the soda machine. It taste gross, like it’s dirty or something. The last time I was here I just thought the coke flavor was low, maybe I was getting more carbonation than coke or something, but no it just doesn’t taste right.

Our family loves to eat at Charley’s the staff is amazing the most kind and humble people they set the standards high! I have been there close to closing hoping they aren’t too tired, we all know when it’s closing time we all are ready to go home but every single time they have smiled and prepared my order which at times is lengthy not once have they ever complained! Been here 3 times. First time was really good food and nice staff. Second time the girl was rude and the food was significantly lower quality. 3rd time they weren’t even open despite being listed as open on google and well within the hours listed. As much as I love Charleys I won’t be coming back to this one anytime soon

Ordered a Philly and Ultimate Fry. What a joke! The fries were mostly burnt, over salted, and literally plain fries, nothing about them was loaded except the salt content. No bacon, no cheese, did get my ranch on the side like I asked though. The Philly was a sloppy sad excuse for a sandwich let alone a PHILLY! I’ve had better quality Philly sandwiches from gas stations. To add to the failure of this order, all my cheese for the Philly was stuck to the wrapper with half my toppings. By the time I got my toppings and what cheese I could salvage free from the wrapper my sandwich was cold and nasty. Next time I’ll take my $13 and throw it in the trash then dive the same dumpster for a meal. The quality would surely be better than what I received from this place!

Called to check on a deliver order. Totally understand that they have to control of the driver but they do have control of the employee that answered the phone and was rude as could be. When ask if my food was going to be eatable the comment was well we are waiting on the driver, if we need to we can remake it. So we shall see. If it’s nasty then I will be calling back to speak with a manager. Rudeness is not acceptable.
