I have enjoyed this restaurant over the years at different malls. The food at this location was really tasty. I tried two of their sandwiches, and both had great flavors. This brings me to the service part of the experience. The first sandwich I ordered was a buffalo chicken sandwich. It tasted fantastic. However, my stomach was not in the mood for the level of spice in that food. So I took it back, having only eaten a bite of it, and told them my issue with the sandwich. They kindly took it back and allowed me to choose a different sandwich at no extra charge.

I recently visited this Charley’s Cheesesteak location and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious – the cheesesteak was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. The staff were friendly, welcoming and provided great service throughout my visit. I will always drive a few extra miles to get to this location as it well worth it

Worst chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever had chicken was as dry as dehydrated tree bark and about the same flavor! there was almost no chicken on the sandwich or onions or mushrooms. I should’ve taken a picture of it because it was just disrespectful to Philadelphia for even trying to label it a cheesesteak.. $16 for this combo was strong arm robbery

Went to place order and cashier told me to hang on while she was flossing her teeth. She then proceeded to turn around and cuss out a security guard that walked by and flipped them off. She then began making drinks but had never washed her hands after flossing. I left and went to another place at the food court.

This place has great cheese steaks and fries, with it being in the mall you will pay those mall prices. You can get small, medium or large meals and they will fill you up, just a t a pretty penny. They are no more pricier then any other food place at the food court, so you will enjoy every bit. YYYUUMM!

I would have gave this place a zero rating.the cashier very disrespectful. I got an iced tea .very stale taste switched it for lemonade .got the old school small sandwich with fries with cheese and bacon.the sandwich meat very tough.the fries very cold like they had been sitting around cheese cold on the fries.bacon not even cooked that well.i ask for a tray to carry my food .they didn’t even have anything you can carry your food to your table.the lady I dealt with was extremely rude she had a white t shirt on with a baby picture on the front.she didn’t have a name tag on she was short and stocky short dark hair. Was giving me dirty looks after I sit in the cafe court she was watching me such a weirdo .management needs to have a meeting with these individuals.

I like this place but everytime I go there. I always get looks from the workers as to why I’m there. I keep getting the vibe that they don’t like black people. I’ve gotten lunch there multiple times over the yrs and I always get the vibe that they don’t like to serve black people. The lady even asked to see my receipt in order to get my food. When I literally placed my order and moved along with the line. So idk why I needed to show a receipt. I noticed that she only asked my daughter and myself for the receipt before giving us our orders. I did NOT show her anything because she didn’t ask the other races for theirs. I won’t be back.
