First time customer. I must have come while they were getting ready to close because every worker looked at me for a good minute before taking my order. The young lady acted like it was the last thing she wanted to do and rushed me. I ordered the cheese steak and found it okay. There wasn’t much flavor or seasoning in my opinion. The fries were really good. I just feel like I paid over $15 for my meal and I probably would pay it again for what I got.

I want to let everyone know that this place is the absolute best place in the mall to get something to eat. The subs are next level. I can also say the staff here are kind and courteous they always answer my questions. I want to send out a special THANK YOU to Shane, he is the best and he knows how to run the grill and his customer service is always unmatched. I have never seen anyone keep the customers coming when his help is setting in the back. I can say Shane is the reason I continue to eat here every time I’m in the mall.

Food is decent, but it’s never the same proportions. They did not send our order correct and when you try calling they never answer the phones. So you overpay for food you don’t get. The fries are a bit salty and the meat doesn’t really get seasoned. It’s not horrible when they have a good cook. It’s truly hit or miss.
