If in need of a decent cheese steak sandwich, Charley’s will suffice. Food is decent, it’s located in a mall so the atmosphere is as you would expect. Staff is not all that warm and welcoming but not what I would consider rude. It is what it is. I will say it’s expensive for what you get. Yes I counted but I ordered French fries and I received 15 fries. Lol and some of those 15 were like 25% of a regular french fry. Like I said, it is what it is.

My family always goes here when we’re craving cheesesteaks and fries. The Philly Cheesesteaks and Buffalo chicken phillys are delicious. The veggie delights are good as well. The ultimate fries are always a hit with us. The newer employees are very rude and give attitude when you’re ordering…especially if you want to add something extra.

When i ate there the business was slammed with a line out to the tables but the 2 employees were very kind & courteous & even kept their compusure with a line out to the tables. Food is ALWAYS fresh and is super good. A little pricier than some places but it’s worth it really. Id rather pay a little more and get great food. Plus now you can download their app and get $5 if you spend $15. Also you earn points towards free food. If you like hot sub style sandwiches made right in front of you then this is a great place to visit!
