Amazing! We ate here June 16th around 3p. The guy working the counter was awesome. Our first time and he made recommendations. We went the 3 cheese bacon. So delicious! The woman and the dude that hang out behind the wall while dude takes orders, need attitude adjustments before someone helps them make them. Both rude and very unprofessional. Messed up my order and when I went to get it corrected the first time it was made wrong again, then the 2nd time she caught an attitude. If she doesn’t want someone to come across the counter on her I suggest she change it.

Man… I was so pleasantly surprised when I bit into this sandwich for the first time. It has its own unique taste, while giving you the classic cheese steak feel. In no way could I tell I was eating a sandwich from a mall food court. I keep looking for reasons to go shopping at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets, just so I could stop by for another cheese steak. I truly enjoyed it.

Service wasn’t super friendly, it took a solid 15-20 minutes for us to get three meals (we didn’t order anything extra, special, or modified and they didn’t look to be very busy). The food wasn’t very good, it came out cold. Maybe they were just having an off day or were short on employees or something, we’ve only been there once, but definitely not the best first impression 🙁
