The Phillie cheese steak was bland, fries were barely cooked… The cashier was not able to take my $3 dollars off as if he did not know it was offered, while the advertisement was right in front of the cash register and I did download the app.. The lady gave me my fries with no tray as we told them it was for dine in… The atmosphere was confusing as if no one knew what the other was doing and/or acted more as individuals than a team.. the shake bottle writing was nearly clear on what spice it was, if it was even any writing.. I would have gone to get my money back but the line was so long and it took us even longer to get our food I just threw it away.. will not return to Charley’s Cheese steak..

I really enjoyed this spot! I normally visited this in Cleveland, Ohio, but I love that it is here at the Kenwood Towne Center. I love their peach lemonade with real peaches in it. Workers were nice and pleasant too.

It was good. Just thought it was a bit pricey for one person. I asked for a large pop the cup was a Styrofoam plain cup no logo and looked like a medium cup.. I mean comon $20 I should’ve walked out got me a steak dinner just about… not to mention had to wait almost 30 minutes and there was plenty of help at the time.

ignore their request for emails they told me to email them way back before they got this 1.4 rating and he asked for my address and phone number to send out a coupon . .they never sent them out lol just wasted my time . .also notice they only have one 5 star review from a yongwong lee probably works there lol oh and if you click his profile his only review is for this place hilarious. .if you’re going to pad reviews at least use reputable fake accounts

Absolutely terrible food. This location is not serving genuine Charleys. It resembles a true Charleys franchise by name and signs only. They don’t even have Charleys cups, liner or food containers. The cheesesteak had no taste, it was like eating plastic. The meat was rubber and the cheesesteak had very minimal toppings which didn’t taste like every other cheesesteak. I’ve had at numerous other Charleys locations throughout America. The bread, meat, toppings and ranch tasted, smelled and had a different consistency and texture. They also charge extra for additional toppings which no other location ever has. I feel like they are committing fraud and definitely falsely advertising. I never write reviews but feel pretty passionate about this as Charleys is my favorite takeout. In this instance, we went 30 min out of our way to eat here while traveling through Cincinnati. This was the biggest waste of time and money. I truly feel bad for all the local customers as they are missing out on genuine food.

If I could give this place a zero I certainly would, the woman at the counter running the register on 2/18/19 around 4:00 p.m was completely rude and miserable with her self. Very bad for business and no where near professional. I mean don’t get my wrong I understand she is a ‘fast food’ employee at a mall location and probably didn’t make good life choices in life nor at school, and that’s why she is where she’s at today. But don’t take it out on a customer. The guy on the grill I have to say was very well nice but the food does not taste the same as usual. I don’t know how this place is even open. I would not recommend to anyone it’s to over priced and not worth the money. If corporate or the owner seen this comment I’d be ashamed of the business to have people like that run it. I know this review is rude but this is the vibe your employee gave me shame on her.

The one thing I can really highlight about Charley’s is that quality and taste of the food. The temperature of the food is always warm and I love the taste of the cheese fries. When I have the option to always try to shop there due to always knowing the consistency of great food and moderately low prices.
