I ate today here for the first time and it was great my sandwich was great and the fries were amazing everything was hot and fresh the only reason you guise don’t get a fifth star is because you had no lemonade available and I really wanted it but the cashier made up for it and on one of my refills I was given a large and not a regular. I will definitely eat here again

We both had Philly cheese steaks, and they were delicious. The strawberry lemonade is really good, too! Staff was courteous and very hard working. Management should think about adding a third staffer during the busy lunch hours.

Waited over an hour for the staff to take my order, prepare my food, correct my order, and then was able to eat. The wait time was outrageous. I expect better service when I’m paying $25.00 for two Phillys and Fries. Then after my wait to incorrectly dress my Phillys and have to wait again. Had to wait for napkins to be refilled. The food was good. But not worth the wait I experienced at this location. I’d have asked for a refund and let them keep the Phillys but I didn’t want to waste any more of my day. Avoid this location if you see a line as it’s probably being caused by incompetence not good food.

Fresh yes. Flavor and seasoning no. Very disappointed I spent 15$ on a meal only to munch on fries and sip on lemonade. My philly had no flavor at all wish I paid more attention when they were making it to see if any seasoning was used bc it sure doesn’t taste like it. Not the charleys I’m used to. Definitely will not be back.
