I have ate at this restaurant for as long as I can remember. The last year or two it has went downhill. We haven’t been in since last October since the last time was a very poor experience as well. However today I could not even believe that it has gotten worse. We went in at 11:50. 20 minutes after they opened. We were order #1 so we must have been the first guest of the day. The glass between the customer and the grill is filthy with grease running down it. Nothing has been cleaned in this restaurant since I can’t say when. It has Soo much built up grease and dust everywhere. Even the register that faces the customer. The floors were still dirty. There was ketchup on the wall by a table. And there was a dead what I believe is a cockroach on the floor beside our table. I do not plan to go back. We spent nearly $30 for two people to eat and it was filthy. I don’t plan to return. It is very unfortunate. This was one our favorites establishments to eat.

635pm and I walk in- have to wait. Few minutes which is no problem- but finally get met by a cashier who stated they were “closed” and were not taking any orders- no explanations- no reasoning- and was mostly met with indifference. The lights were still in and folks were in the restaurant eating.. A simple we’re sorry or we can’t because would have been acceptable but I was offered zero explanations- thou a door dash order went out while I was standing there so who knows!?! I’d been good with a minimum explanation.

So I can’t comment on the food because I never got any. I went in and you know how you just get the feeling that your being an inconvenience. That’s how I felt. No one greater or even looked up. I asked the guy at the register to give me a second because I had never been there. I didn’t ask for a few minutes. He turned around did something. By that time I had made up my mind. But then he just walked in the back room. The girl working in the station next to him never looked up. I stood there maybe a minute being ignored so I left. Went to a competitor got greated by the whole whole staff when I walked through the door. When I told the person I had never been there she told me about the menu and even her favorite sandwich. I will definitely go back there .

Went here for years and always food was good and restaurant was always clean to sit inside and eat. Me and my brother just went this past week and it was so disgusting inside. Food all over the floor, tables not clean, sticky dried up fruit juices all over beverage area. We watched the cook take the paper off the meat with the tongs and walk over to the trash and push the paper into the trash with the tongs. He did it with every persons sandwich we watched standing in line. This could get this place shut down! Such a same the owners better get some qualified people who want to work and keep the restaurant clean.
