So disappointed with this location. 1st their ad says they have drive thru, they don’t, its in a food court in the mall. I’ve only been to one other location in Indiana at a TA Truck Stop. I was so happy to see Appleton had one that we decided to go there. Well this location is a let down. I got cold fries and the guy hands them over to me, just the fries. Then a few minutes later another guy who was sitting not really doing anything says oh your subs are sitting here. I’m thinking why didn’t they serve them together. The biggest disappointment was the subs. Very little chicken and the cheese was only partially melted and had two inches on either side that had cold unrelated cheese. Both subs were lukewarm. So disappointed. The one in Indiana at the TA is 10 times better then this location..

The food is great, the staff is lacking in actually caring about their job. The lady with the neck tattoo who was taking my girlfriend and I’s order decided to take a break in the middle of the order to swipe on her phone, while I was waiting on her so I could finish the order. On top of this, my food came out but I was missing my girlfriend’s entire sub (which was incorrectly given to someone else). To correct this, the cook quickly made the sub and made it incorrectly at that. Overall really poor experience.

I placed an order which the cashier which she was lovely. I waited in line until I hit the end where you’re supposed to pick up your food. My father and brother left because they received their order (we were all on the same order). The lady proceeded to tell me my order was not my order and that it was someone else’s. I replied no it is my order because of the certain type of substituted cheese on my sandwich. She decided to take my food out of my hands slam it on the counter and says she’s done and walked away. Thankfully another employee came over and figured out the issue and he sorted it all out. In My opinion that was not ok especially for customer service.

I went to the Appleton Wisconsin location yesterday. It was very busy and I don’t mind waiting until I saw a bunch the employees standing around talking and 3 people doing the work while there was a huge line. The guy that took my order could of cared less about customer service but the most upsetting part was I looked up and the ceiling tiles were so dirty and the vent over the grill was dripping with grease back on to the cooking portion of the grill. It was not only gross but a huge fire hazzard. First and last visit!

Great food, but poor work ethic from employees. They never stay open for the entire 7 hours that they are open. Quite sad as the job is not hard and I know this from experience managing fast food myself. I would never let my employees slack off and get paid for standing around and doing nothing for their last 1 to 2 hours they were supposed to be open and providing food service like they should. They are the only fast food in the mall that never closes they will. I have shown up at 5pm and the hours for them is to close at 6. They closed the register on me and said they close at 5. Clearly I show them the hours saying they have an hour till they close. They had the audacity to tell me that they did not care that I was waiting patiently in line and decided to deny service because they didn’t want to work anymore for the day. Worst service and managed fast food place I have ever encountered. Most of their employees would be fired for what you can’t even call a work ethic as well as the young men who are disrespectful of customers.

Idk if they changed to cheaper products or if the quality of food is just been prepared so poorly but for the price of a sandwich…let me just say it’s not what it use to be we were excited to eat dinner here to only end up with stomach aches and left over sandwiches because of how greesy and chopped up so much it was shredded meat very strange and not fresh. Sense when is the pickle the best part of the sandwich!?
