We stopped here for a quick lunch and we were not disappointed. We had eaten there before but not for some time. This time we tried the Chicken Philly sandwich and Ultimate Fries for just unbelievable $15.00. It was plenty for my wife and I to split. We were helped by a nice gal whom I can not remember her name. She was tall and had tattoos on her arms. She was very happy and cheerful and pleasant. This is someplace we will surely return to!

I love Charley’s, the other ones I’ve been to are great but this is my 2nd bad experience at this location and I won’t be back. I went in at noon on Monday and there was a woman mopping and no one else in sight. She had gloves on to mop, and asked for my order. I said regular steak no mushrooms. She took off the mopping gloves and without washing her hands put on a clean pair. I should have left then but I was very hungry and I figured she wasn’t actually touching anything. I waited while a man behind me also ordered. She then came and took my cash and went back to the line with the same gloves on, and started my bun and the guy behind me! I again should have spoke up but I was walking away to get a drink. I came back to find her still taking money and making food, another man up front also making food without checking what was ordered and yelling at the woman whenever corrected him about my sandwich. She proceeded to put a new roll in and scrape the cheesesteak off the other roll to make my plain one. All the while a 3rd person was in back yelling curse words at someone. I’m still mad at myself for not speaking up or asking for a refund and for eating the sandwich! My stomach has been on fire since about 3 a.m. and the only other thing I ate yesterday was wid rice soup. NEVER going back to this location

We ordered 3 meals to go and they didn’t have a whole meal in there which was fries and a cheesesteak. When I went back 5 min later with the receipt the cook told me rudely that I couldn’t get it unless I brought all the food back. By that time the other ppl I was with left and so I never got the food that I paid for.

Charlies cheeseteaks never disappoint and i keep coming back! For some reason this location always seems to be understaffed. There is a guy that been here for a few years. I see him getting his but kicked when they’re short staffed all the time. He’s always nice and great to my kids! If you don’t mind a short wait for a fresh made to order Philly check it out!
