Oh Yea Just What I Needed After a Long Day At Work. There Weren’t Many Fast Food Places Open at Almost 9pm With Real Food. I Opted to Add the New Kentucky BBQ Sauce to my Chicken Philly Which Was Delicious. I Got The Large Which Ended Up Being Too Much For Me To Eat It All. I Appreciate That They Didn’t Charge Any Extra Fee For The Lemonade.

Always a great chicken Philly sandwich hot off the grill, succulent. Ranch fries with celery salt a must. Had regular sandwich which was plenty to fill up on. Would recommend this outstanding restaurant. Fair price, excellent service and will be back .

Typically we’re always happy with everything here. Today the service was horrible. 2 simple sandwiches with just adding hot peppers. My order was incorrect and it was placed in to go containers when asked if it was for here or to go I said “here”, it was bagged up to go anyway. The cashier looked like she was bored, the girl on the girl didn’t seem to like she liked her job and the boy who finished the sandwiches at the end was too busy flirting with the girl on the grill. Bathrooms absolutely dirty. Both men and women. Bathroom trash overflowing. Mind you we we’re the only customers in the restaurant at this moment. I hope it gets better. It was are to go for a delicious meal fast meal.

Food was alright and the price was decent. My experience leaving the parking lot was not necessarily the best as I did not feel safe after a panhandler approached me as I was getting into my car where they asked for money and “solicited” themselves to me. Although the food and service was decent, I would not feel safe returning (alone) due to this experience.

Charley has consistency in their food and service but I can’t help to think the food felt like it lacks a certain uumph to it since all the toppings are the mostly the same. A regular sized meal is enough for 2 to 3 serving so at least you get some bang for bucks unless you’re a big eater.

I’m a truck driver and as I go down the highway my mouth tends to salivate when I near the Rockford, Illinois location. It’s a must go to for me. The food is prepared fresh and hot and even delivered to my clean table. Customer service is on point as well. I highly recommend this spot.
