If you’re looking for an authentic Philly cheesesteak experience, Charley’s Philly Steaks in St Louis is the place to be! As someone who grew up just outside of Philly, I have been on a two-decade search for a quality cheesesteak outside of the Philadelphia area, but no luck in New York City, Chicago, or Los Angeles. However, I was blown away when I stumbled upon Charley’s in the St Louis Galleria mall food court. Yes, the mall food court!
