To be fair this place is good overall. Staff does work hard. However prices need to come down. Food is 1990’s style cheese steak and fast food. I love it. Watch your fries, they will short you on topping. Four star because of this and the insanely high prices.

I usually get Charleys steak and sub in Springfield MO and it is always bomb!! But this Charleys has rude employees and when I ask for extra toppings or what not , they give you the regular amount and tell you it was extra . I pay for the extra toppings and they cheat you out of your money. Their teriyaki sauce is horrible . Just don’t eat here .

Got the kids a kids meal. Comes with a drink but they wouldn’t let me have tea. Tea is same price as soft drink. My kids dont drink pop. When I asked why they couldn’t have tea they said because “the cup is small” what??? That makes no sense. Every other place ever including other Charley’s alowes tea as a “soft drink” choice for kids meals.
