The ABSOLUTE worst service ive ever had anywhere. At one point both of the females behind the counter just left. Disappeared and left several customers standing there. The employees were nice enough but it hard to believe it takes 30 minutes to cook some thin sheets of meat on a grill. A legit 30 minutes; myself and other customers had to stand there and watch these employees figure out how to cook more than one sandwich meat on a grill. Baffling. Will not be coming here again to waste my time and money on a mediocre sandwich.

The food is hot and made fresh for you right there. Sometimes it can take a while (especially during lunch rush) but in my opinion worth it for some of their subs. I am not a fine of the loaded fries through. I barely ate any of mine. I may try their regular fries in the future or just with cheese added.

They could use some quality control in the toppings they provide for their sandwiches… Pickle skins, rock hard tomatoes and pepper stems are not the most desirable toppings… Management needs to work on sharing the workload and efficiency. 20 min wait for a sandwich shouldnt happen.

Very impressed with this restaurant! Not only were the sandwiches amazing, the service was just as great! I went during a lunch rush and my son knocked over my lemonade, they got me a new lemonade and cleaned it up without skipping a beat. They did not make me feel bad about it, i left the line with my food in hand and tears in my eyes. Great experience, highly recommend!

I’m pregnant and never tried this before, but it smelled good. They read what was on what I was ordering and I asked for light pickles, not knowing how many pickles they put since this was my first experience there. From then started their time making fun of me, whispering and giggling and looking at my husband and I as if we didn’t know. Adding to the ‘fun’ by putting one single pickle and cracking up. I’m hormonal and had to walk away because I was getting emotional and my husband has to say something. And never got an apology.
