My go-to place for cheese steaks. The food is always made fresh right in front of you. The staff is always friendly. My only gripe is that you have to go all the way into Town East Mall to get to it. But the food is always good and the service is always impeccable. And they work fast, most of the time a long line doesn’t take but maybe 10 minutes to get through. My favorite spot for cheese steaks!

First let me say the food was GREAT it was super yummy no complaints with the food. My complaint is with the girl who handed us our food which was to go, we had 4 boxes and she set the up on the counter, when I asked the other girl can I get bag she looked at me like I was talking a foreign language, then the other girl got a bag placed it on top of the counter and went about her business. This is my 1st time every getting horrible service from the person handing us our food. They are usually friendly but this girl didn’t care.

Cheesesteaks are inconsistent as the meat is either dry, flavorless, or finally juicy. They still taste good for the most part. Prices are too expensive on the average fries for a small portion. Loved the lemonades with friendly staff and good service.

I have ate at Charley’s in out of state locations, so imagine my surprise when I seen we had one inside Town East. Really good Philly and plenty of options. I took a star away because the other places I have ate didn’t skimp on my cheese on top of the fries. Here, I ran out of cheese before eating all the fries which should be a crime.
