Charley’s is awesome!!! The mall however needs to keep the food court clean and free of birds and other flying insects. It’s nasty and unsanitary to eat with birds flying indoors over your head and at dirty tables.

I usually love this place but today I’m very disappointed. My sandwich was not made to order, there was hardly any meat on the sandwich, no peppers, only 1 slice of tomato and minimal onions. I ordered to go and that was a mistake because I didn’t look at my sandwich until I got home. Over priced food at its finest. I wont visit this location ever again.

Place is ridiculous!! Waited in line for 10 minutes and this was our 1st time there. No body seemed interested in waiting on us. Not even a ” i will be with you in a minute ” nothing. Manager or owner was disengaged in the business. If you don’t know what you are doing then don’t open a restaurant! I own a catering and food truck business and we carry a 5 star rating for a reason! Get your act together. And being new is NO EXCUSE
