Went here to grab a bite with my family. They do have high chairs for little ones. The staff is friendly. It’s never crowded here. The food was so tasty. Nice and hot just how I like it! Only thing is please be sure to have your hand sanitizer handy as they had ran out when we had gone. Overall a good place for a quick brunch.

I wanted to eat at this place for an early breakfast. However, the place is not open until 10:30AM per one of its personnel. No longer open earlier as listed.

I cannot begin to tell you the disaster of this place. I came in because the main roads to the base were blocked, so it would of been difficult getting on and off base. I had never been to the food court before, and the bowling alley wasn’t selling food at the time I went for brunch. As I’m waiting in line, I can already tell what kind of work environment these people endure because of one woman. She is Caucasian, and was wearing a head scarf. She was screaming at her fellow coworkers about this and that, telling them things such as, ” don’t try to use the register when I’m doing this. ” Which referred to when the woman who was actually behind the register taking orders didn’t know how to press one of the options for an order ( her first language was not English, ) that woman with a headscarf practically shoved into her side to get the register woman to move so she could press the option she was having trouble with. Now, at this time, this is all for serving the person in front of me. Apparently he had a coupon that gave him two free drinks which he claimed that the manager said he could redeem. The manager was not in sight, and these coupons for this person’s order were probably not communicated to the rest of the team. So the woman behind the register was just going off of policy and said you couldn’t redeem two coupons at one time, which is understandable. Again, the woman in a headscarf invaded her way into the hispanic’s woman’s space again behind the counter and said ” F- it. What are they gonna do, fire me? Just go ahead and put the coupons through. ” So on top of being extremely demeaning to her fellow coworkers in front of multiple guests, she has the audacity to proclaim how cocky she was that she can get away with treating others this way and not fear losing her job. When it was my turn to order, I was trying to speak with the woman behind the register but the head scarf woman, who was making orders, kept interjecting. After a painful ordering experience, solely because of the cook (headscarf lady), I finally got my order, but she didn’t put it in a bag. I politely asked for one and she threw it across the counter at me. And yes, I mean throw as in just tossed it at me. I left absolutely appalled that people like that are allowed to work in customer service. I have worked customer service for many years, and I can tell you first hand that if ANYONE acted like that in a work environment, you would be fired on the spot. My heart goes to the coworkers that have to deal with her horrible attitude. Never going back again.

The girls that work this location are always so friendly and they genuinely seem to care about your day. I’ll literally drive past other locations just to come on base for their service.

I searched and searched for a good philly cheese steak sandwich in Fort Worth for what seems like forever. I found lots of really BAD ones. Once I found Charleys, my search was over. Charleys is now my go-to place for a philly cheese steak sandwich from now on. I’ve ordered several times now, and every time it’s been outstanding!

Food is good, just wish they had more sauces to accompany the sandwiches. Like Steak Sauce. We had that selection in Colorado and Alaska. Just not here…is it just a base/post by base/post thing?
