Love the original cheese steak with banana peppers added to it. I also ordered the ultimate fries which my wife demolished before I can eat one however, she said they were amazing. She said the only problem with the fries was the portion and everything that was bought wasn’t worth $18. I’ll eat there again if the price and portion were better.

Stopped by here for a quick meal. The staff was a bit rude and didn’t really care about anything besides hearing the order and proceeding to make it. The french fries although tasted ok, were seriously lacking salt. The cheese fries were just a mess of what seemed to be processed cheese and the unsalted fries. The one thing that was actually good was the melt itself. I got a regular sized vegetarian. It was actually delicious but way overpriced for such a small portion. The lemonade was also good I recommend getting that over fountain drinks.

Today our family experienced an awful attitude. We were 3, and we made order for 4 people to take one set home. When we sat and started eating we found out that the personnel put 3 boxes of french fries while we paid for 4 french fries, 4 steak sandwiches, and 4 beverages. My husband went back to them with a receipt and asked about the 4th box. They dealt with him like he was trying to cheat them and did not give our order in full while we paid over $60 for our order. At least you could look at cameras and see what happened, its totally your mistake, and you did not correct it, even more, you insulted my husband, while his health is not good. It is a disgusting attitude to our family, and we are not going to eat there any more.

the food isn’t all that for the price . and my biggest complaint is the workers . the workers are very disrespectful towards young girls and women . they are Inappropriate by talking among themselves saying inappropriate phrases . my daughter and her friends are very disturbed and we will not be going back.

Don’t get me wrong. I love this chain and they make very delicious food. unfortunately a few of the employees at this specific location seem to have an attitude problem along with poor customer service in general. After ordering my food I was trying to put my wallet back into my purse as quick as I could but apparently it wasn’t fast enough bc the woman who took my order began to attempt to take the order of the person Behind me before I could move which made me feel very rushed. After that I was waiting for my food and didn’t hear the woman call my number and when I did she gave me a large amount of attitude and tossed my sandwich on the counter. I’m sorry I know working in customer service isn’t always fun, I do it myself. But it’s really not that hard to hand me my sandwich smile and say “have a nice day” considering this is your job and you are being paid to do so. I haven’t had problems with other locations but myself and many friends have been treated poorly at this one. Maybe y’all should work on customer service so people are more inclined to come back.

The food at this location is good. The manager has wonderful customer service but the cashiers and other employees do not. If you are just going to get your food to eat and not worried about the friendliness and customer service this is your place.
