I have ate here several times, and was always satisfied with my food, until today. The meat is tough, the bread is soggy, and the cheese is stuck to the paper……mostly because they tried to stuff everything into a small container. The meat was tough because the grill wasn’t at the right temp. I have recommended this place 100 times, I will never recommend them again, nor will I ever eat from here again, customer lost! Completely disgusting food!

Anytime I come and order here the employees at the register have a nasty attitude. Today my mom went and wanted to order some food but she didn’t know if they were closed or not so she proceeded to ask one of the employees and she caught an attitude with my mom for literally no reason. All she did was ask if they were closed and the lady popped off.

The food is absolutely rancid. I went as I was passing through town and my sandwich was in the bag flipped around. I never got my drink and they forgot my kids meal this location needs to undergo an inspection because it was disgustingly dirty looking through the window with trash everywhere!! They need to work on their work ethic.

We had never experienced something like this before or at least witnessed it we order our food and upon getting our jalapeño fries we noticed they were cold. My husband let them know and of the “owners/managers” immediately started to pick off the jalapeño and put them back in the container to reuse!! The excuse for that was that they don’t like to waste food! With the way things are you would think they would have a better way to conserve food!! SMH!! So disappointing!

Omg, this was the best Philly cheese steak sandwich I’ve ever had! It was hot and fresh with lots of flavor. The fresh veggies grilled with the melted cheese over the steak is one of the best part of the meal. Nothing is made until you order it and you can see everything as they’re making it. The strawberry lemonade is really good too, with actual strawberries in it. I went on Monday for the 1st time and the nice young lady told me I would enjoy it and be back again. Sure thing, I went again today!! That has now became my absolute favorite sandwich restaurant!! The staff there has so far been very friend and clean. I highly recommend this to family/friends.

Employee rang up order wearing gloves, handed my credit card back and immediately started working on food, touching it (GROSS). I mentioned it that she could get people sick so in a smart-a** way took her gloves off and put new ones on without washing her hands. I gave up. $34 order and I threw it away because if she’s like that then everyone is and that means no training in food safety. Hope nobody gets really sick or causes an outbreak.
