I am a regular customer who can enjoy a great sandwich, but LATELY I’ve been getting nothing but attitude from the staff behind the register, addressing me like if I owe any of them anything. If you don’t like your job please go somewhere else. By the way where is the manager who usually makes my sandwiches?…I haven’t seen her lately. You guys need more people like her. I love the food here but me and my crew got off work and headed to the mall. Standing in line they served my whole crew and by the time it got to me it was around 9pm. they said they weren’t taking orders so I got to sit and watch all my guys eat while I just felt with an empty stomach. I just don’t see why it would have been so hard to put in one more order.

Ordered a sandwich asking for only lettuce, tomato, and pickle only. Even handed the cashier a note stating how I wanted my sandwich. She rang it up correctly with no onions or bell peppers. The employees were too busy arguing with the Texas to go guy to see if my sandwich was made correctly. I got to the store and checked my sandwich full of onions and bell peppers. I return it so it can be made correctly and caught nothing but attitude from the get go. I showed them the note showing how I wanted the sandwich made and they said I should have specified no onions or peppers, which I did. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone and caught attitude for them messing my sandwich up. The cashier is the only one who seemed to care about fixing the sandwich. The others just stood around with stank eyes. This always happens with their Sunday crew. If I could give them a 0 I would.
