I came to eat here with my husband, as we always try to once a week. Its our favorite place to eat at the mall. The day I came I was walking to the register when I saw the women working at the register start screaming at a customer. This was Wednesday I believe, well anyways, the lady working was white complected with a hand tattoo, and she was screaming profanity at the other lady who seemed to be emotional about something. I’m not sure what was going on, but whatever it was the cashier was very unprofessional. It caught me by surprise, because like I stated earlier we always eat there, and nothing like that has ever happened before. I’m sure the cashier was new as I nor my husband recognized her, regardless, it was very awkward and uncomfortable to witness. My husband and I, decided not to eat there after all, and i’m not sure we’ll be going back. Which is sad to say at the least. Charleys was our favorite spot to eat. I hope someone did something about that cashier, and I hope that lady getting cursed at is okay.

Live in Odessa but always drove to midland to get Charleys. While in Midland today I was going to stop by the mall but seen online that a Charley’s was in Odessa mall now. Google said it closes at 8pm. I was there at 650pm and the place was closed. Would be nice if we can get the actual hrs so people aren’t wasting their time walking through the mall for nothing. What a waste…

My husband and I came here for lunch today and were pleasantly surprised. The service was quick and the food delicious. Definitely got our money’s worth, they pile on the meat, bread was toasted yet soft. Very good!

Not sure what happened to this place a couple months ago it was great food great service, twice I’ve been this month and it’s been complete garbage, horrible service and food was bland, dry and over cooked, my sandwich was completely wrong and they told me to pick the veggies off I didn’t want , sad to say I won’t be back!
