The Gourmet Cheese Fries were very cheesy and delicious but the fries themselves could have been a little crisper. The Philly Cheese Steak was good but very mid. Idk about all these other reviews, but the staff was more than helpful and extremely friendly. Seems like other people are simply racist. As for the atmosphere, it’s a mall so nothing much to do about it besides knowing it’s a mall food court.

The Phillies are good but the customer service is awful and today was my last straw. Standing in line waiting for the place to open, they don’t open till 15 minutes after they’re supposed to and I’m standing in line after the building opens for 5 minutes while employees work and don’t acknowledge me whatsoever then finally when they call me forward to place my order they let me know that it’s going to be quite a bit late because there’s a lot of online orders ahead of me Jesus Christ at least acknowledge your customers when you’re there waiting in line and it would have been nice to know that. They also are very reluctant to give you extra bell peppers and onions when you want it just really over this place

The food is good, but good luck getting your order right. No one over there carefully reads any delivery orders made through their app. Want to make your sandwich a combo? Sorry, you’re not getting the sides. Want no ice in your lemonade? Too bad, you’re getting it anyway.

I’ve had Pat’s and Geno’s in Philly and Charlie’s beats them. The large was loaded with so much meat, cheese and veggies that I had to work hard to finish it. Fries also good

Only half of our order arrived after arriving late. No one answers the phone, no contact from anyone about the missing food we paid for. Paid for “extra meat” and “extra cheese”. See the attached photo of what we received on our half order. I will never buy from them again, and would encourage you not to as well.
