I put 3 stars ONLY because I came there Sunday the 5th to the mall to order a regular Philly cheese steak sandwich with NO MUSHROOM AND NO ONION. The guy that made it was very rude when I told him I didn’t want that. he still tried to give me the sandwhich with the mushroom and onion. he had a bad attitude about making it over. he was on his phone not paying attention. I asked for his manager and he ignored me the first time. when the manager came she apologized for his behavior and fixed me a new sandwhich. I forgot her name but I loved her smile and I was very fascinated by her great customer service. OVERALL the food was very delicious!
