4/29/23-Just your average Charley’s and that’s why I gave the 3 stars, since that is an average score. I was sad that they had stopped serving their blueberry lemonade. They now have strawberry, peach, and tangerine. The new flavors are super week compared to the flavor that the blueberry one used to have.

First time at this location, mind you; we love eating here. First of all, it seemed like only teenagers worked here super rudely. I ordered cheese fries, which were just horrible, nothing like the picture they advertised. I go back and let them know. The worker says well, how does the picture look ♀️ come on now, you work here. Everyone should have some training. Overall just simply rude workers they have working here. I will never go back.

This is the only sandwich shop I have ever been to that does not have mustard. If I am told, “Sorry, sir, we only have one variety of mustard.” This would be acceptable. But to simply not have mustard available at a place that says PHILLY STEAKS is intolerable. I can never go back. I’m too offended.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. They were out of mushrooms and peppers which is two out of the three vegetables that go on their main cheesesteak. I also ordered cheese fries and asked for more cheese on them, which they would not give me unless they charge me two dollars. I think it’s interesting that they as a business can short me, and can’t make it up with a pump of cheese. I spoke to the manager and she was extremely rude to me. I will not give them any more of my business moving forward.

The cashier had her baby in a stroller right behind her draped with a blanket while taking orders. Very dangerous environment for a child, there are grills/fryers going. Very inappropriate.

Charley’s is usually my go to but I’ve never dealt with rude workers before. I placed an online order but it made no difference on when I was suppose to get my food. I stood and waited to see if my order was being made after my time came to collect my meal. They haven’t started making anything. I wasted my lunch watching food being poorly made as each order they gave out was wrong. The only one that seem to be doing their job was the girl taking orders.

I was here last week and I was extremely disappointed. I love Charley’s but other locations. This was not the cleanest place and I was disappointed when the cook was answering her phone with the same gloves she was touching our food with. She even walked away halfway answering a personal call which resulted in our meat being burned. I went to qdoba to eat there after instead and they even told me that they have not heard good things about this place at all. Will definitely not come back.

I ordered online for delivery. After approximately 2 hours I saw that a driver was there to pick up my food. Then my order was cancelled without explanation. My card still shows I was charged. I’ve called the last two days and no answer either day.then I have to personally drive up here to get my refund because manager claims he can’t refund with out my 16 digit credit card number I understand last 4 no he wanted the whole number and everything over thr phone to get my refund that I still don’t have
