Well, I like the two guys that make the food. They’re cooking faster than the girl can take an order. I went for lunch because they don’t deliver to my job. There was a family there ordering and they were taking forever but I discovered it was the girl taking the order who was slow. Also, she fixed my gourmet fries and was very skimpy on the fries.Usually the guys make them and it’s worth every penny of the $23.00. The guys are a five star definitely but the girl is only a 2 star If I’m being nice. Sorry guys. I would have rated you a 5 star if it wasn’t for her.

I have placed the same order at this restaurant for the last 20 or so years, and the food is still just as good as my first order. I am glad to see that it is still in the mall. Gentrification has caused a lot of good places with memory to close their doors (like M&M’s), or relocate. I am glad that this place survived.

Normally I would give you a 5, but went last night (Halloween ), at 5:30 and lights were off were told you were closed (thought you closed at 6) and you guys were cleaning and sweeping. Guess I got the trick of trick or treat…needless to say I went hm with no cheesesteak combo…haven’t been able to reach anyone by phone today either..oh well maybe I’ll try try again..you guys are still number 1 just wish yours hours were right..
