April 14 Lunch time. This was the first time I have ever been to Charley’s because we are visiting from out-of-town. Our experience started out great. The girl taking our order was super helpful and friendly. We got our order number and sat at a table in front of the food court booth. I waited and waited to hear my number, watching intently. It was never called. I noticed guests that ordered after me getting their food…. first one, then more and more. I finally went up and asked what was going on and our food had been sitting ready and sitting on top of the cold condiments waiting. Our food was cold and dry. The cook was rude when I asked for ranch. It was overall a terrible experience (except for the girl taking the orders) and I should have gone next door to the chicken place, like I originally considered. Lesson learned.

I’ve always had a good experience with Charley’s in general, just today for some reason they wanted me to make my order online yet being the only one in line, then moments later start taking orders when they get a huge line , not sure why but I think the online order would be best for those citations than mine.

Angel, a cook at this location, is the most disrespectful and arrogant I’ve ever met by far. I stood in line with 2 young girls and they were cut in line by a family of 4. Angel told the young girls and I that the family of 4 were the last customers he was going to attend. The girls waited over 15 minutes in line and their order wasn’t taken. I believe this was very unprofessional of his part to ignore that the girls were cut in line and refused to take their order. Don’t come here unless you want your service to be refused. Unbelievable.

Good afternoon sunday jan/ 12/20. I know that last time I gave this establishment a good 5 star rating. But today was very bad service cashier had attitude wasn’t perfesional never greets no smile and very rude maybe she had a bad day else where .but please leave your problems at home .I mentioned that I wanted my bread toasted. And notice there was not a toaster to toast bread .I had to a ask the young lady twice to toast it .please train your workers on being more perfesional.
