The service was way too slow considering it was basically empty. One customer order ahead of us and there was one customer waiting for their order and somehow that managed to take 28 minutes. We ordered two regulars and for some reason we got home and they were small subs so we got overcharged. They wear face masks but the guy with the dreadlocks doesn’t wear a hairnet and nobody else was wearing a hairnet either.

The guest don’t welcome you, they have nothing to do at 2pm but stand and talk to each other all day and still can’t help the only person in the building by taking their order. I stood for 5 mins watching 1 clock out & the other 2 stand besides each other and talk about what they have going on later on at work. I’m on my lunch break and don’t got time to waste so I had to just walk out and go next door to have lunch at The Wok Experience, it was soooo yummmyy

This is the second time I have ordered from this Charley’s philly steaks through door dash in about a months time. The first time, I ordered extra steak on my sandwich which I didn’t get, but that was not a huge deal, I figured they were busy, so I let it go. This time around, I ordered 2 of their peach lemonades, 1 with the meal, and one by itself. I received only one peach lemonade. The food is amazing and unfortunately because of all the malls shut down in my area, this is the only Charley’s that is open. When I tried to call them to fix the order or at least refund the second lemonade, the phone kept ringing and ringing and ringing.

First visit since pandemic. Not sure they are coming back as strong as others yet. Store itself still looks like it is in the pandemic with table pushed, things not working, a little dirty. Staff seems new, understandable, food quality is not as good as it was before. Just ok. Hope they get better.
