We were there this weekend and we had to repeat our order several times to the employee, we figured he was new or just loud inside the mall.. long story short they didn’t give us a drink after we asked for convos. I asked the girl if i could have my drink and she rudely replied i hadn’t purchased one.. i start looking at receipt then all of a sudden this “manager” asks what’s the problem more rude than the other one.. we tell her and she starts getting crazy and ghetto . The kid who took the order even told her that yes we got the convos and he forgot to charge drinks . This was after she was getting loud and almost cussing.. she then instead of giving us a drink just wanted to refund us after waiting forever for our food.. food was good bit the service is horrible i think if i would have argued that manager would have jumped over the counter she was so ghetto and unprofessional

If I could give Paul Lee a 0 I would… after paying 30$+ for two combos he charges me .50 cents per ranch im surprise he did charge me for napkins and jalapeños what a cheap and rude man… And he the owner the food was good but the service was horrible would hate to have to work for this guy… won’t be spending my money there again… good day sir

My son loves this place, but they recently replaced the spice salt for something different and my son hated the flavor of the new spice. He couldn’t finish his sandwich with the new spice flavor. I told the employees they are going to loose a customer if they don’t bring the original spice flavor back. I take my son to eat here about three times a week.
