I work in the mall and I do the online orders and never get them at the promise time. Always 10-15 minutes later or by the time my lunch is over. I always order my food before I clock out for lunch. They will make the entire mall’s food before the online pickup.

It’s a pretty good treat to get once in a while. Good food and the gourmet fries are worth the extra bucks. Stay away if you see an older Mexican lady at the register, she is totally incompetent at her job and makes the process from ordering to waiting a lot longer than it needs to be. Best possible time to come in my experience is late afternoon.

Went to Concord Shop. Waited far too long for an average sandwich. Somehow the cheese was cold. It was my first time and I may give them a 2nd chance. The lemonade was good. I prefer french frys that are firm and crunchy. The kids enjoyed there meal.

I know what it is like making food for people, and providing good customer service, because I work in a deli. Not only was the wait time long, the customer service was poor. Employees were standing around while the line was building. They talked to eachother more then the customer. And they weren’t moving quickly. I understand how monotonous and unsatisfying working in the fast food industry can be, but it doesn’t excuse their behavior. I hope it improves, because I don’t see myself going back there.

I dont know what people are talking about, 3 stars? This is A grade food, try the chicken steak with jalapenos and Frank’s red hot sauce. The taste is amazing, hands down my favorite food to eat when around the area. Avid customer!

Long wait times and incorrect orders even when business is slow. Sandwiches are sloppily put together. Food is often over-cooked and dry. Fries even are either over-done or under-cooked, there is no in between. Such a shame, other locations are wonderful.
