Cheesesteak is fine, fries is crispy but little salty. Overall foods are fine, but as a fast food restaurant it’s wayyy too slow, me and my wife got there at 5 and took our order at 5:25, but food is completely served at 6:02…….. an hour wait when there’s only 3 person in front of us…..come on

Just OK. I expected more, which I’m not sure why I did. It’s just standard mall fare. I got the standard cheese steak and it didn’t have much flavor. The meat was over cooked. I had to add A1. Pretty expensive, too.

I went to eat at Charlyes and I ordered by myself on the self order screen, I paid for my food and my order never went through I then talked to the manger she said she cannot issue me a refund and she cannot see my order so she made me order again on the register and pay again and told me that a refund will get back to your account from the screen in 3 hours it’s been 3 days and I have yet to get my refund. I have called the store multiple times and they never picked up. I would like my refund back.

50/50 shot you get someone else’s order. Theres been at least two times ive gotten someone else’s food handed to me. This time i waited over half an hour to get fries a small sandwich and Mozzarella sticks. If they get anything wrong they give you grief about it.

The only reason I rated Charleys 2 and not a 1 is the flavor of the sandwich is good. The picture I took looks nothing like their picture of the sandwich. As you can see undersized portion of meat not even filling the bun completely as in the picture they show, the meat is filled and piled high. Overpriced as well, I do not recommend this establishment, there are plenty of better choices in this food court. Great flavor, poor value, price too high, and sandwich portion smaller then what is represented on menu.

I complained about my cup of fries being half full and the cashier refused to give me a fuller cup of fries. I paid $19.99 for my meal and they can’t give me the correct portion of fries. The cashier was rude and has zero clues about customer service. Will not be back.

“regular” cheesteak was good flavor but so incredibly weak on contents that it fails as a real cheesteak. How ever much they train their staff to fill the sandwich, they need to double it to make it a real cheesteak… Again, good flavor just really really weak on actual contents.
