Been going there for years. The last few times, tho, it’s customer service isn’t what it used to be. There’s only 2 employees when there was 3(which is needed). The 2 who are there are working very hard but, as I said, 2 isn’t enough. You wait too long to order because the other 2 are cooking/putting the sandwiches together. The man behind me in line today left before ordering.

Came to get a sandwich and only the cook in the front cooking and taking orders while the other employee was in the back doing who knows what. My veggies was not even grilled all the way like they were suppose too and then they got an attitude with me cause I asked for fresh fries. Worse customer service don’t think I will return.

Went on Sunday and they were busy. Had to wait for fresh cheese fries but it was fresh. I asked for jalapeños on the side and they gave it to me. The food is pretty good. Love it that you can see them make and prep food in front of you.

The food was great, especially the fries which we got with cheese and bacon. However, the place was messy. There was nowhere to put trash so everyone was just piling their trash on the counter. The service was slow. The food was pricey. They charge more for a bigger size combo, but I did not see any difference when they prepared the fries for our meals which were all different sizes. Overall, good food, buy you’re going to spend a lot of money for slow service and a not so clean environment.

Great food, staff not so much. Everyone seemed very tired when I showed up (around 5pm). I ordered a small chicken Philly with fries and the only thing I received was a bun (that was not toasted) with lettuce, tomatoes, peppers and mayo inside. No meat or cheese whatsoever, so I ended up paying $9 for a bun with veggies and some fries. I think they legitimately forgot to put my sandwich on the grill. Of course, my order happened to be to-go that day and by the time I opened it up I was 6 miles away. Also doesn’t help that I’m 5 months pregnant and was trying to satisfy a chicken craving. Definitely recommend the Roseville location over this one anyday!
