Very unimpressed with my meal. The sub was flipped over and crammed into a styrofoam to go box left it soggy and difficult to get out. Zero effort into this sandwich. The chicken tastes like it was boiled plain and threw some buffalo sauce on it, the lettuce and tomato look dull and lifeless, one of the mooshiest sandwiches of my life…I love sandwiches this was no bueno. The fries were alright very plain. The strawberry lemonade was great.

Very good food here! The only issue with it is pricing can be pretty high though but a large is great for a meal for the day or for 2 and love the free refills! The employees are friendly and fast at what they do would come here again next visit at the mall.

Sandwiches could use a little more sauce (dry) & the meat could use a little more seasoning but overall the food is good. I give a 2 because I asked where do I get my strawberry lemonade…. The black employee said that she would grab it for me, but as she went to get it, the Asian employee proceeded to check my order on the menu to ensure that I wasn’t getting a free drink. I had literally just paid for my food. So that was insulting. I am African American…. Seems like she thought that her black co-worker was trying to give a free drink to a black customer, but that was not the case at all. Turns out the head guy there had already made the drink but he just forgot to give it to me. Without this experience I would rate it a 4 because the food is okay. But those younger female employees should be more friendly and not discriminatory

Charleys Philly Steaks is located on level 2 in the food court at Washington Square Mall. Great service – fast, friendly and the food is tasty. If you sign up online you can get points for each purchase and eventually get a free drink.

I go Here pretty often. When I m in the food court its usually sarku Japan or Charleys. For the most part the food is normally good and its like a fast food cheese steak. Thats why there are three stars. Its just this one time I came Monday Aug 15th at around 12:30 pm and got a bacon 3 cheese sandwich. It was not super good and the sandwich did not close so I could get a grip but mainly I didnt like it cause I had to spit out these bone fragments or somethin. It was quite annoying and I dont think that would have tasted yummy.
