I was starving it’s too hot to cook so I figured I’d try my luck at delivery see if it shows up or not ….IT DID! some one wrote ‘great packaging’ I love so figured I’d try it. I LOVE WHEN OUR NAME IS ON THE BAG & YES THE PACKAGING IS GREAT. I got the old school which is edible. As someone who usually home makes Phillies this was not as good as mine. The cheese sauce is not my thing & super salty. The fruit lemonades well I had to. I got peach which is great but if you are diabetic you really can’t…..I diluted mine down & have 3 peach lemonades now so there’s that right.

Overall very impressed with the taste, quickness, and customer service. End of the day it’s a mall food court eating option, it’s not going to knock your socks off, but as a whole it’s a good option for the money and how fast it was made. The customer service was on par as well. I asked for what I wanted it was exactly what I expected.

We love Charley’s! My husband starting taking me 8 yrs ago when we met and it’s been one of our “spots” we have a 4 yr old that’s been going with us since he was born and it’s one of his favorite too, they even kind of know us so the service we get is even better. They are always friendly the food is made fresh right there in front you so your food is always hot! It’s in a good court at the mall but that’s not necessarily good or bad, depends on the day.

Notnup to their usual standard this time. The fries tasted freezer burnt and were cold. My chicken Buffalo sandwich clearly had mayo on one half and Buffalo sauce on the other? There was a random mushroom in my wrapping and a mushroom in my sandwich. The blueberry lemonade was delicious.

Love charley’s! Their cheese steaks never dissapoint. I honestly wish they had locations outside of the mall, but honestly i think great chains like this make a nice draw to the mall so i can’t complain too much when we only have one real mall left in town. On this trip i had the limited time Kentucky Burbon cheese steak and it was great! The staff was professional and even double checked that customers wanted all included fixings on the sandwich and though we aren’t usually picky in our house, it is a nice touch when servers and cashiers at sandwich establishments make sure they customer is happy with all toppings! 10/10 i will assuredly return so long as their quality continue!
