Had lunch today. The place was clean and adequately staffed. No tables because of the governor’s ban. Ordered their Philly Cheesesteak combo. They got the order right. The lemonade was bitter like it was made with powder. The fries were bland and retained oil. The cheesesteak was very dry. Overall very disappointing and they are not cheap for what I got. Wanted to be authentic philly cheesesteak but, no.

Management is horrible at this location, they are rude and disrespectful. The assistant manager Olaa gave me an attitude and touched my food with her hands and not the utensils. Managers are outside smoking not paying attention to what’s going on inside. Ordered fries barely anything in there and was very expensive. My wings still had feathers so I don’t think they wash they’re chicken and the garlic parm tasted funny. Wont be ordering from them again

Worst experience ever! I ordered online for delivery for a friend and notice the order was incorrect . I then called and said they did not receive my order. Good thing i work near by and was able to walk to the location and upon arrival the manager as well as staff told me they do not have delivery. Soo why is it a option online? The manager told me he could not cancel the order and to call my bank to void the transaction. At this point being frustrated with them i took the order and noticed on the receipt they charged me $6.99 FOR DELIVERY! Never going back and definitely will not promote this company

I’ve been to this location several times. The food is ok. This visit I ordered fiesta steak fries. They barely had any cheese so I politely asked one of the employees just to add a little more cheese, in which he did. The manager comes out to reprimand the two employees. Then proceeded to come out from behind the kitchen to my table to tell me to order extra cheese next time and pay for it . Mind you I just spent $29 on two cheese steaks and fries, Not only was this embarrassing, it was humiliating in front of other patrons. If you knew better you’d do better. Last time at this location
