I called in my order. I ordered the original cheesesteak. However, I think I will have to stop ordering this sandwich. The cheese sauce clumps up along with the meat. The food was cold, and there was nothing like cold fries. From here on out, I will have to order when I get there. Also, the portions were awful.

I went to Charlie’s today to get a steak and cheese sandwich. I ordered my food and Everything seemed pleasant enough until I had to return my food. I should have checked my food before I left the store. My fault. When I returned what got me was the ugly attitude I received in returning my food. They totally screwed my order up and they were mad at me. The audacity. Never will I spend another dime in that place. And the cook. He has these long dreadlocks with no hair net. I lost my money and my appetite today because the second sandwich they gave me made my stomach turn. Highly disappointed !!!!!!!!! Look at the pic. Does this look like it’s tasty. Dry sandwich. I’m just disgusted. Ketchup can’t even help this sandwich !!!!!! Ridiculous !!!!!
