Visited the Charleys on the 30th and the girl at the front did not understand English let alone my order ordered one combo and was charged for 2 and would not give me the second drink asked the manager for a free lemonade purchase on the app and he said no asked one of the women at the front do you guys take apple she said yea when we placed our order the other women said we don’t take Apple Pay. They need to have people that understand English atleast working the front so people’s orders don’t get messed up in the future. PROBABLY WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE

Ordered online and my food arrived cold and missing items. I only gave 3 stars because the manager stated he would have the missing items delivered. Honestly this place costs way too much to be messing up on ppl orders.

Fast service, everything came quickly and correctly. Trying wings for the first time from here, alot of great flavors the Korean BBQ was different and yummy. Want to try the mango habenero next!
