This location just opened up about a week ago in our local Walmart. My husband ordered our food. I requested a reg Philly steak without green peppers, however, there was green peppers but no grilled mushrooms. That’s kind of a bummer. My husband also ordered his without green peppers and tomatoes and his was made correctly. He ordered 2 combos but there was no fries in my box so they had to make another batch. The food, all in all, is pretty good. There was very very little cheese on either of our subs. We are glad we tried them but I doubt we’ll be back.

Ordered 10 wings(5 lemon pepper, 5 teriyaki) cost $15 and change which is normal price for wings today. Both flavors were together in the box smh, there was barely any teriyaki sauce on them or any dry lemon pepper seasoning. My wings were very bland and tasteless. You can see how plain they look in the picture. The drums were tough and I couldn’t eat them, they needed to be fried longer but the flats were done. If I eat here again I’ll have to ask for extra extra seasoning or sauce because these just taste like plain meat.

I ordered three orders of celery and ranch with my food and they would’ve let me walk out without it if I didn’t check my bag. Upon checking bag manager immediately said oh we have to run to Walmart to buy your celery because we’re out due to inventory. I waited and got my celery after they cleaned and cut it up. I understood. However when I got home I realized they also didn’t put ranch in bag. I just moved here so I had to drive back to store and ask for ranch when they said they were out of that too. A simple refund would have sufficed. So I was unable to eat celery because when I drove back to store to get ranch I was in a rush and left my debit card home. I do not recommend these young workers with no sense of humanity. Terrible service and no sense of humanity

The taste of the food was good tho they were very skimpy on the amount of chicken & fries. The cashier was very nice but the managers that’s making the food was beyond rude acting as if they didn’t choose this place to work. 2 guys were seated waiting on fries that never came out even after telling them he was still waiting they told him ok and still no fries after 30 mins he went to the counter where he still had to wait again at the counter before he got his order.

The environment wasn’t great, but not terrible either. I think some minor improvements such as maintaining cleanliness would do well for them. Service was about average. However, they appear to be young so try and not be to hard on them. The food was rather costly for Wings and Philly. Wings were somewhat bland, but clean. Philly wasn’t bad and taste more healthy than expected. Charley’s Cheesesteaks hasn’t been here long so give em time! If they make an effort to improve, they’ll go from average to astonishing in due time!

Ordered the old school cheesesteak because it sounded and looked like the sandwiches I grew up on, which were full of flavor and saucy. Just no! I would not be so disappointed if they did not make the claim of being just like it’s from Philly. But it was kind of dry and nothing I haven’t done before with steakumms. The taste was ok.

My husband had ordered his food online. I went early to see if I could go ahead and get it. I was 30 minutes early. They had not yet received the order. I was willing to wait until they got the order from the online service they have. Tim was very accommodating and helped me out. Tim said he would take care of it. He asked what the order was and I showed him the screenshot my husband had sent me of the order. Within 5 minutes he had it all ready for me so I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes. That is great customer service and I appreciate the opportunity he took to show his client services and appreciation. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. The job that he has is a hard one and people get real ugly when it comes to their food, great job Tim and I appreciate what you did today. My husband said the bacon cheese fries where on point.

Ordered a 3 Bacon Cheese Steak and a Classic Cheesesteak both large ($15+ per sandwich). The 3 Bacon looks OK, but the Classic looks like half the sandwich is missing. Comple rip off for the pricing.

We waited for well over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The workers looked at us but never said a word until the lady came from the back to take out order. We ordered 3 of the $7+ specials and was advised that our total was $40+ when I questioned it she edited the price never apologizing but still attempted to overcharge by ringing us up for the combo and then adding a second Dr of fried when fries already come with the combo. Again we advised her and she cancelled the entire order and then hit the button for the combination 3 times. She never apologized ever. We received our food and it tasted as expected but I wonder how many other people per day that they are overcharging.

I’ve been here 4 times because my wife likes the chicken Philly with cheese, that’s it . I get the #1 with all the stuff 3 times now, but I never had it with more than lettuce. They never have the stuff needed to make the sandwich, so I went early to try 1 more time . Went when they had just opened well. No one was inside except the 2 employees they said they were short staffed and only had fries and wings . So still no Philly made right, and the last 3 times I wanted to try the wings, they didn’t have them . Need to go ahead and shut it down now and save what they can .
