We went and I got a 4 piece with fries, the lady at the counter is super nice but the food wasn’t the greatest at all. The fries were good but the wings the inside doesn’t really look like chicken tbh. It also kinda tastes like wet paper consistency. The sauce was pretty good tho but the wings themselves were a no go. Definitely not worth the almost 30 dollars we paid in my opinion.

I don’t like being scammed. I got this at the door and I walked to the register and the manager told me you have to order a medium sandwich not small to get this. where does it say in the fine text that it has to be in medium or large sandwich. It’s specifically says with purchase of any cheese steak you will get a regular fries and regular drink excluding gourmet . While the offer is appreciated bait and switch specially on something that is not stated there’s not okay.

the food was alright, good, but nothing spectacular. we ordered online and the website is easy to use but when we got our food and opened it I was truly disappointed. We paid $2 for a few soggy fries (we hadn’t eaten any of them when I took this picture) and overall it was way overpriced for what we got. The staff was friendly though, my only complaint is the price for the portions.

Great food, unprofessional staff. I don’t think this franchise group requires their managers to be corporate trained and certified. What I don’t understand is why the dining room is always closed. Is this franchise not looking to make money by having having guest dine in? Rather drive down to Famous Philly’s on International.
