Ordered takeout. Food took longer than estimated to be able to pick up. And when it was delivered was steak instead of chicken. I cannot eat steak – even the fries have steak on them. Got a refund from the delivery, but I haven’t got dinner & don’t want to wait for reorder. Overall a terrible experience.

This place has incredible lemonade. Specifically the blueberry lemonade. Just order it and thank me later. Only my second time ordering from here, but the blueberry lemonade definitely had us ordering here again. Philly cheese steaks are good as well. Convenient to order through Google maps, so that’s a plus. Haven’t had any issues and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

Ordered food today and the quality of the food was horrible, the chicken is spoiled and the only thing anyone can offer is for the order to be replaced, I spoke with the GM Alejandro and was told that no one has ever made a complaint, I asked him so does that mean because I’m m complaining that you all have me and my children spoiled chicken I’m telling lies? I absolutely love Charlie’s Cheesteaks, so im so saddened to rate like this but this store in particular was awful. It smelled like mildew but heavily. The food was kind of soggy and it had an off taste almost like tge off snell of the restaurant. I raved about Charlie’s to my boss and convinced him to go there for lunch. Man I felt so embarrassed for suggesting this store as his first experience becasue he said he would never even think to try this again.

Normally I don’t have a problem with them but I went in today and ordered a philly cheesesesteak with extra problem only meeting cheese because. I’m highly allergic 2 onions. They gave me a silly cheesecake with everything on it. And then when I said something, they said, “Oh no, this is how you ordered it and refuse to fix my order, so I throw it away in front of them.

My husband and I thought we would give this place a try. Big mistake. The only thing good was the bread. The meat was dry and didn’t cover the bread. We also got the 4 boneless chicken for two dollars…they were so over cooked they were dry. Thai chili sauce was not spicy at all or even apparent on the chicken. Sad, they are opening all over in the old krystals I hope they are better. Because this one was not. Their photos compared to actual sandwich. Horrible

Got my order wrong 3 out of 5 last time I’m at the counter ask the clerk for a large coke and a medium steak & cheese then he tells me that they only have lemonade and sweet tea .I tell him no drink ..well he rings me up I look the screen and he’s charging me for a large drink..I say to him I ask you to remove the drink..he said he had to charge me because I touched the cup..I walked out there was no point in continuing the conversation the man is a quart low…
