It’s new, clean and employees are very friendly and there is a drive thru. My first time trying Charley’s and I am impressed! The food is fresh, for example you can see the guy preparing the tomatoes and lettuce in the back. I got the cookies and cream shake and 10 wings. But my biggest surprise was their amazing fries even if it was plain it was delicious and I eat it without catchup No sauce. Thick but soft and melt in your mouth. Great food and price is fair. Will come back for sure.

My first time trying Charleys and I am beyond impressed! Employees are very friendly and there is a drive thru. But my biggest surprise was their exceptional fries! Got them plain and by far the best fries I have ever had. Thick but soft and melt in your mouth. Got the three cheese bacon and it did not disappoint. Great food and value. Will be a repeat customer for sure. Finally quality food. Sorry no pic of fries. I devoured them on the drive home.

It was my first time trying Charley’s I can see the food is fresh and good. A lot of fast food restaurants have a common problem and it’s the employees. When it comes to service that’s what makes the difference. I went through the drive-through order a chicken Philly. They instructed me to wait in the parking lot, I was waiting for about 10 minutes and I seen an employee walk out. Since I was sitting so long my lemonade was finished while I was waiting on my food. So I asked the lady that walked out if I can get a refill when they bring my food back out she told me you better come inside I am about to go back-and-forth. To my understanding she was already going back-and-forth bringing the food to different cars in the parking lot so I don’t understand what she means by she’s not going back-and-forth when she actually is. If the employee didn’t want to bring the refill for me she could’ve said it in a nicer, more professional way but the attitude recieved was unnecessary. I will give it another try sometime hopefully she is trained in customer service by time I return
