I came here on Friday for dinner and although my wings were hot and fresh the way the manager “William” was treating the employees was truly disgusting, I was giving the young lady that was doing my toppings a few extra instructions that I forgot to mention at the register and he decided to zoom over and practically take the utensil out of her hand I guess so that he could rush and make it?? everything about the sandwich was so sloppy even my mayo wasn’t completely spread out due to him. He did all of that rushing for nothing because I literally had to fix my sandwich my self. I understand you want to move fast but at least be efficient and kind to your employees while you’re at it…

Been coming here for a few years and always get the Chicken Buffalo but lately the amount of buffalo is overkill. I can typically handle really spicy foods but now the sandwich is always drenched in buffalo. I keep having to spit it out and it still burns the area around my mouth. Please tell the chef(s) to only put half as much as they’ve been putting cause too much Buffalo makes the sandwich difficult to actually enjoy.

I called in an order on 03/03/23 at their W Commercial Blvd location. When I went to pick up my food it took the three young kids behind the counter almost a minute to even acknowledge my presence and there were no other customers at the counter. They were too busy talking and laughing with each other to offer any kind of good customer service. The Mozzarella sticks were ok, but the Bacon 3 cheese Philly cheese steak was not. The “steak” meat lacked flavor. The only thing that gave the sandwich any flavor was the bacon. This restaurant has pre-cut/sliced meats like Subway does, which ruins any chance of a fresh tasting sandwich. They should also invest time in training their employees on how to provide good customer service at this particular location.

This was a very disappointing day. I typically love Charleys. I gave them two stars because the workers were friendly and the lemonade was amazing. Now, here’s went wrong. All three phillys were made incorrectly. First philly was supposed to be plain. It had lettuce tomato onions and Mayo—none of which my son eats on his sandwich. Second philly was almost correct but they added teriyaki sauce and pickles.. my brother does not eat anything that tastes sweet and his allergic to pickles. I think they confused the wing sauce with a sandwich add-on. My sandwich was almost made correctly— just wanted Mayo and extra mushrooms…there were no mushrooms on the sandwich. I ordered blue cheese with my wings —not in the bag. Asked for straws and I was told they were in the bag. 4 drinks…2 straws. The icing on the cake was the huge strand of hair in my brothers fries and my sandwich! $70 dollars for an inedible meal.

Went here for lunch yesterday after a suggestion by Google. I figured I could try something different. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the taste of my sandwich. I can’t remember the last time I ate a Philly Cheesesteak. I got a regular 3 bacon sandwich with a peach lemonade. I recommended this fine establishment to my friends and family.

Service and restaurant was good. But the wings had absolutely no seasoning. Literally Sauce all over but no flavour on the actual wing not to mention $10 for six bone in wings not worth it. Had the Philly Cheese Sandwich taste as an ordinary sandwich nothing impressive. I usually try the Charley’s in the Mall but this one not going back.
