Absolute worst. Came here and ordered 2 old school fries with extra meat. The staff didn’t know what we were talking about. Even though there was a sign that showed them and up on their menu it’s listed with price of $4.99 with $2 charge for extra meat. Anyway they had to call their manager because it wasn’t in their system ring up. Got our food and it was a lil meat with squirted on cheese. Will never come back to this Charleys

Update: the owner reached out to me immediate and apologized. He also invited us to come back and offered to compt our next meal and ensure the food will be cooked properly. He was very humble and apologetic which should have have the correct response. We are not sure we will be back, but we appreciate his response versus his obnoxious employees. It pains me to see hardworking owners who has to compromised with horrible employees.

I was beyond excited to find out we were getting at Charlie’s in Pinellas park! I always had to go to the mall to enjoy a steak sub from them! Beside the best steaks in town they’re french fries are awesome also! The place is kept nice and clean and brightly lit! The associates are very pleasant!

We went here for lunch on a Saturday in December. The food was plentiful, hot, fresh and served with a smile. We enjoyed the hot honey wings and fries also. The business seemed to be clean and well managed. We are most likely going to return and now know that the portions are big enough to split. We want to try one of their shakes also.

Do not eat here on Sundays. Absolutely terrible. Ordered 2 old school fries. Asked for extra meat on both… nothing extra at all… food wasn’t even prepared correctly. The employees on shift are dumber than a bag of rocks. The owners of the establishment should stop hiring the socks and flip flops people and trust them to do a good job, and the cook should be trained on how to cook.

I come in almost every single day and sometimes it’s right and too many times to count it’s wrong. I come here during my break so I never have to come back and have it fixed. Todays issue is I order just a large original fries, first I see the lady come out and hand the man his bag and when it was my turn she yells that my fries are ready. I leave and settle at my job, I open the box and the fries are not done at all. They aren’t even brown they’re bright yellow cold in the middle, hard from the potato’s not being cooked. And on top of that greasy like when you cook them at home and the oil is on top of cold fries. It taste like they heated it in the microwave and put it in the box and the fries are almost 5 dollars dude. This has happened with my cheesesteaks and etc. I work and never have time to go back and have it fixed. I threw it away. It’s chance after chance. Don’t come here

We normally enjoy Charley’s steak sandwiches, but this time the order came short in quality and service. The original fries in the website are not what was delivered because we received crinkle cut fries that were cold, soggy, and not appetizing all. Sad because the prize is the same for a lower quality product.
