It was a very clean place with a well mannered and hard working crew. The food was okay and slightly more expensive than I expected for 1 meal and a full sized sandwich which came to $30. Also, even though the food tasted good, it was not spread out evenly and would get a mouthful of lettuce in one bite and a mound of chicken in another.

For the price point you can do better. I think the food was mediocre and expensive for what you actually get. I wasn’t impressed with this location. I think they can do better and more to be on par with other Charley’s establishments. My wife’s cheese steak was dry and looked like shoe leather. The cheese was thick and hard. Our fries looked old and were cold. The staff did make another batch of fries at our request. The staff was however friendly and helpful. The interior of the building looks like they married an old run down restaurant and this Charley’s business. The kitchen looks new but the front side except for the tables is dated and old. The bathrooms are definitely in need of updating and repair.

I don’t think I have to say much, just look at the food I received from this place. The mozzarella sticks were hard as a rock and clearly overcooked. No better than FarmRich frozen mozzarella sticks from Walmart. The fries are cold and soggy and the cheese sauce is not melted and has the consistency of pudding.

Experience was pretty sad for our first time at a Charley’s Cheesesteak. Management was the issue. We spent 10 minutes trying to order off a kiosk that didn’t work with no notice or warning of issues. Workers saw us struggling and didn’t care to help. Finally we gave up and went to the register. They were aware the kiosk didn’t work then proceeded to take our order. For 2 adults and 1 child we spent $50, which wasn’t bad. When we first got served only my child and husband received drinks. I did not. They also brought out a tray of food for our table that was partially not our order. After finally getting a workers attention they then proceeded to give the table beside us only half their meal, which was originally served to us. We waited 20 minutes for my husbands meal which was sitting on a counter right behind the register only given to us after we asked. Take note I still did not receive my drink or our sides for our meals. After another 15 minutes went by we were all done with our meal still waiting on our sides when we noticed people who ordered the same sides well after us were already fully served. We asked for the rest of our food to go, when we were told our food still needed to be made. Finally after receiving the rest of our order we were able to leave. While this was all happening the manager was sitting at the table with a group of friends laughing and carrying on not assisting his crew at all. When we noticed a customer complain about the service he went to the counter shouted at the workers in the back then went back to his friends. All of his friends were also helping themselves behind the counter to whatever they wanted at the same time. We were not the only ones there who had this experience, we noticed 3 other tables have the same exact issues. Very disappointing.

This place has some of the best food I’ve ever had, which is saying a lot. The Chicken Teriyaki was absolutely phenomenal!! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. The Mango Habanero and Korean Spicy BBQ wings are to die for! The fries are perfectly seasoned and have just the right crunch. I cannot recommend this place enough! Seriously some of the best food I’ve ever had!

I went there the first day that they opened.. It was a huge mess, and nobody knew what they were doing.. but that’s expected on their first day.. I waited 20 minutes in line to order, and 20 more, for them to make my sub… I waited a while and tonight, I decided to give them another try… There is still only one cash register open, so the line was really long. There were people who had ordered through the app, stuck in the long line, too.. I waited 20-30 minutes to order.. I ordered my sub.. No lettuce, and added jalapeños and banana peppers.. Then waited another 10-15 minutes.. Got my sub, and went home to eat it. I opened it up and they had screwed up again. There was enough lettuce to make a salad with (yuck) and there was 2 jalapeño slices and one piece of banana pepper. They are 0 for 2. I don’t think I’m going to give them a third chance.. There are too many other places to eat, where I can get something decent.

First time there a lot more then expected watching the food get load melted cheese was seen and hot steam I was so excited the boss man must of seen me cause he gave me an ice cream!! I rushed home just to eat, the husband and I will go back! so well worth it and price was decent. Hard to find good stuff but this was finger licking lip smacking deliciousness

Very expensive, and very bland food. To be honest I’ve had a better Philly cheesesteak at a gas station. Had high hopes, people were friendly, the steak had 0 flavor. If I did a blind taste test I wouldn’t have been able to identify what type of meat it was. Fries were decent but I don’t like the fact they come in Togo boxes and they melted though. The sandwich was soggy and falling apart and was very difficult to eat, do not recommend, will not be returning sadly.
