I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. I ate about 4 fries and a couple pieces of meat and I’ve had frozen cheesesteak that tasted better. I threw it away and left. Not worth the stomachache I’m sure would have followed if I had finished it. I got the “now back!” Fries and I’m not sure who wanted them back because they weren’t good. They can have the 1 star because the people were “okay.” The guy could have asked me to move my cart instead of moving it for me and saying “that’s a fire hazard.”

Went for lunch with my son and asked for plain boneless wings instead of the sauce covered. The manager told the employee I had to buy new ones. when I asked to speak to him he was extremely rude and disrespectful he cut me off when I was speaking, pushed passed me (I had to quickly step back so he didn’t push into me) then he snatched the chicken off of my 3 year old sons tray. Which scared him so much he wanted to leave without the food. This was completely unacceptable behavior from a manager especially. When I called to speak to his boss he said he was the general manager. Absolutely unacceptable

I have always enjoyed a good Charleys Cheesesteak, but this establishment absolutely soiled the name for me. Third in line and waited 25 minutes for my meal. The only thing worse than the wait for the meal was the meal itself. Undercooked fries, missing items from both orders, added on sandwich extras I didn’t order, and it lacked all the same taste and flavor this company always had. Just an utter disappointment. I didn’t think putting a Charleys in a Walmart would lower the quality to Walmart standards.

So I went into Charlie’s stinking I will try it and I ordered a small Philly cheesesteak a small fry and a ice tea combo Philly cheese steak was called the cheese was not melted the bread was soggy the french fries was so cold the lead on the ice tea did not fit the cup the worst experience I ever had and the worst Philly cheesesteakI ever tried Needless to say I will never recommend this place or would I ever go back to it the worst experience I ever had horrible

The food may be ok but the service sucks. Employees are slow and lazy. Nothing is EVER ready when it is supposed to be. If it says it is ready be prepared to wait another 15 minutes. Employees don’t act like they care too much honestly in my few experiences there.
