Since the new ownership, the customer service is much to be desired. The workers treat you as if you are a bother when you want to order. I will never visit this location again. Tip: If customer service is not your thing, do us all a favor and not take a position where you have to interact with people.

Rarely leave reviews but the staff at this location were very professional and kind. Gentleman working the register was very efficient while helping multiple people at a time and the kitchen staff were fast and friendly as well. Was gonna go to wendys thankfully I went here instead. Food is good at this chain but i had to leave a good review for this staff.

Today July 28, 2023 around 4:30pm. I am not sure what has changed as far as management goes at this location, but today we were eating out for dinner this evening and chose this location, there seemed to be new staff then the usual. The sandwiches were so over dressed it made it hard to eat, very out of the norm, while I was eating my first half of the sandwich I came across a hair right on top caked in dressing Ew, I threw that part in the trash, I figured it was just a one off. I was wrong, I took the rest home and ate it later. While I was eating it I found another long piece of hair!!!! Gross! This location was a favorite spot to eat, but now I think we will spend our hard earned monies somewhere else. Yuck! Do better Charleys in mayfield. Boo!!

Placed a order for pick up for curbside at 8pm arrived at Charleys parked in the designated spot for curb side order arrived clicked in the email “I’m here” I watched five people go and come out a car next to me was also a curbside order but he ended up going in to get his order I called them multiple times to say I’m here they didn’t answer so i finally gave in to go inside they’d had lock the door I had to tell them I was trying to pick up a order I did get my food but everything was soggy and the milkshake I had was watery. Very disappointed in todays visit will be a while before I go back.

I love Charley’s to be honest but this had me VERY upset! For starters I ordered a bacon 3 cheese, extra meat, extra mushroom, banana peppers, and pickles!! Did I mention this was the SECOND time they made my food because they didn’t put my extra meat?? I get home without checking and this is what I get!! So salty and dry with nothing I ordered on it!!! This is VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Where even is the other bacon? If I could rate no stars I would!!

Brand new menu with chicken wings, different flavor choices and the food was cooked fresh made to order! Classic Philly cheesecake was amazing, and Nicole was a great help! Customer service was amazing and quick also the restaurant was clean inside and they have a few tables for outside seating!
