First, the chairs. So uncomfortable. Where the back attaches it cuts in too narrow for any average person. Second, the food. Barely average, no seasoning whatsoever so if u like a bland sandwich this place is for u. The tangerine part of the tangerine lemonade tastes off, like it was allowed to go bad. Third, service. We asked for fresh drinks minus the tangerine and our nice plastic cups that we paid extra to have were tossed and not replaced even after inquiring. Bare minimum customer service is not good enough. Had to call for a manager because we spent @$40 for a meal after really hoping for better. Should’ve got Penn Station!

This Charley’s is absolutely amazing! Even better when you get the right crew! Peter and his crew are absolutely fantastic and beyond friendly! I do have to say though that the tea is brewed only once a day and can turn very quickly. But I have never had bad food from the restaurant and I’m always looking forward to going back!

Today me and my boyfriend were looking forward to having Charley’s and I remember seeing a new one in Fairview park. I checked online and it said closed at 9pm on Sundays so we figured we had plenty of time. We got there at like 7:53pm. They seemed to be closing up. We were greeted with a smiling face and he immediately started taking our order. I asked the staff what time do they close and he expressed 8pm. I felt horrible and showed him on google it shows 9pm. I hate being that person to walk into a restaurant right before closing. But all of the staff had positive attitudes, worked together to prepare our order and it tasted amazing. They did not make us feel like an inconvenience (although I’m sure us arriving so close to closing time was a huge inconvenience). I appreciate each and every staff that contributed to preparing our order today and hope they get recognized for their efforts!
