I was charged for bacon on the fries and requested extra bacon for my sandwich on the side and didn’t get any bacon. After paying I specifically told the cashier to make sure I get bacon on the side for my sandwich and his response Wand ” I got You “. Customer service is terrible and if bacon is not something the middle-east likes to do, then take it off the menu.

The person who took my order was polite. My Cheese fries were a bit Salty just the way I like em. My Philly Steak Sandwich was good and freah. Next time I’ll state no mayo. Other then that is was good. I haven’t had a fountain pop is a long time – Dr. Pepper with ice was tasty.

Paid over $20 for this meal and this is what we get.. undercooked bacon and meat tossed on bread; Barely enough meat to constitute a sandwich. Pathetic! Maybe if the employees were horsing around less and actually doing their job the food would be served properly. Will never eat here again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Wow!! The best cheesesteak in Chicago! Finally a decent fast food restaurant opened up on Harlem. I haven’t tried everything on the menu yet but my coworkers come here for lunch frequently and they all get different things and all say how good it is. Place is always clean too with friendly staff.
