It took over 30 minutes to make my online order! My pickup time was 8:07 but I had the food in my hands at 8:33. There was also a large family that ordered after I arrived and all of them had their food served before me. I had enough time to watch the sunset, walk into the store and buy bagels, and still ended up waiting 15 minutes in line when I came back into the restaurant. After 24 minutes my order was taken off the screen, I guess to hide the fact that it was taking so long, but I hadn’t received it yet. I asked why and then I saw one of the two items I ordered bagged. The cashier found out the other item wasn’t even being worked on and went to complete it. Glad I asked?

I went in today for an Oreo milkshake and boneless Buffalo wings. The wings were super hard I couldn’t bite into them. I went back so they could make new ones and they did but they didn’t put the Buffalo sauce and they were raw as soon as I bit into them . I will never be coming back here I almost threw up when I saw how soft the inside of the wings were.

Was hesitant when the location was at a walmart but the same great food. It was unfortunate that I received tomato’s when I had asked for none and it’s not as you’d usually order and get to watch your food. Instead it’s made in the back kitchen. The person at the counter was very nice and respectful. My favorite is the triple three cheesesteak!

If I could put zero I would. The girl at the front really didn’t know what she was doing which wasn’t her fault because they should train her but in the process of ordering she rung up my food wrong like 4 times maybe more then the girl in the back with the short hair that cooks the food came up there being very disrespectful as if it was my fault she was ringing up the food wrong she disrespected the older woman. She made my sandwich and when I got it the stuff was all over the place broken up even the bread was cut in random spots I feel as if she dis this on purpose. Waited like 30 mins just for my food to still not be right . The overall experience was just horrible
